Contacting Support:

If you do need to contact support then please provide the following information:

  1. The Access Anywhere Windows app version
  2. If you're an enterprise user, the deployed version of your Access Anywhere
  3. If you have generated a custom App package, please provide it.
  4. Please provide a list of running Windows apps. You can do this by dropping out to PowerShell and typing:
tasklist /apps > apps.txt


Please send the apps.txt file to us.

5. Please provide the windows version and service pack.
