Here you can see all your Cloud Files and folders from a single cloud or many clouds depending on which clouds you have mapped to your account.   \\ The Cloud file system is navigated as you would a normal file system.\\ \\ If a key is shown against a file in the file browser, this means it is password protected and you will need to enter the password that you created when you uploaded the file before you can access it on Your Android Device\\ \\ Each File has many options that can used agains the file.

-The menu has options as to what you can do with the File.   The options are as follows:\\ \\ **Download and View:** Downloads the files to the local files folder and if the file is a supported file type lets you view it.\\ \\ **Download:** Downloads the file to the local files folder where it can be accessed offline\\ \\ **Send Link:** Creates   an email with a link to the file that you can send to a friend or colleague\\ \\ **Share:** Enables you to share the file with a collaboration group that you have setup.\\ \\ **Make Favorite:** Makes the file a favorite so that you can view it from the Favorites menu option.\\ \\ **Make Public:** This makes the file pubilc in Storage Made Easy which means it appears on your Public Files page, whose URL is StorageMadeEasy.com/<username>.\\ \\ **Add / Remove from Clipboard:** If you want to share many files from different clouds you can choose to add them to the iSMEStorage Clipboard and when finished go to the clipboard and choose to share the files that reside there which will result in an email being created with the file links of the files you shared.\\ \\ **Get TinyURL Link:** This gets a unique link for the file that you can share and copies it to the iPhone clipboard for use in other iPhone programs.\\ \\ **Share with Twitter:** This option only appears if you have entered your Twitter details in Storage Made Easy. If you have, you can create a message and share your file directly on Twitter.\\ \\ **Rename:** Enables you to rename the file\\ \\ **New Folder:** Creates a new folder in the given directory\\ \\ **Delete:** This deletes a file form your Storage Made Easy Cloud Files view and moves it to Trash. It does not remove it from the underlying cloud unless you visit the website at StorageMadeEasy.com and choose to remove Trash. You can also set this up as Cloud Tasks options that you can start from the phone.

Sync'ing Storage Made Easy meta-information with your Cloud(s)\\ 2. Backing up email\\ 3. Emptying Trash\\ \\ From here you can check the status if they are scheduled, or you can choose to rerun tasks that have occurred previously but are completed. For example if you have previously sync'd your Amazon S3 File information with Storage Made Easy but want to redo the sync as you have entered files using another Amazon client you could do it from here. The same goes for any task.\\ \\ Note that you can rename the sync title   that you see from   the 'Cloud Sync Tasks' menu option which can access from the sidebar when logged into StorageMadeEasy.com

-The Storage Made Easy Android Sync has been updated so you can sync from a local directory to your cloud or from a cloud directory to your phone.\\ \\ To add a directory from your phone to be kept in sync within the root directory of your primary cloud storage provider:\\ \\ 1. Click My Syncs\\ 2. Click Add Folder - this will take you into Android Directory Structure (see picture 1)\\ 3. Navigate into the folder you wish to add and choose "Add folder" from the menu\\ \\ To add a directory from your cloud to the phone:\\ \\ 1. Click "Files on clouds:\\ 2. The advantage of creating them in Storage Made Easy is that can be sync'd back to your underlying cloud, such as SkyDrive or Google Docs for example.\\ \\ If you have a multi-cloud account and change your primary provider then then memos could end up being stored on different clouds. You may want this, but then again you may not, so be aware of this. From the sync viewpoint it does not matter as all memos will still be sync'd back to the phone.\\ \\

-The Cloud Providers screen lets you change your primary storage provider. If you have a single cloud account you will only seen one option here but if you have an account that has more than provider you will see a choice. Just click on the Provider that you wish to be primary.\\ \\ Changing the provider will means that the upload location for photos and memos will change to the cloud you just made the default provider.  \\ \\ Note that if you have created and sync;d existing memos to one cloud they will continue to reside there. For example if you have SkyDrive, Amazon S3, and Google Docs mapped to your Cloud and you search for '.doc files' then the search will be done against all Cloud Providers and the results returned.
