+
 +
+The sign in screen is where you can sign into your Storage Made Easy Account. You need a valid account with StorageMadeEasy.com to do this. There are many free accounts so all you need to do is sign up.  \\ \\ From version 1.6 of the App you can sign up directly from the login screen by choosing the Menu function and choosing "New Registration" button (see the following sections of the manual for this process in detail). You do not need to register from the App if you do not wish to. You can do this from the website StorageMadeEasy.com which will probably be a **quicker experience**. If you wish to do this from the website you can find out more about this process from the Getting Started Guide.\\ \\ Other Options from the menu on the login screen are:\\ \\ **Offline:** If you do not currently have an internet connection you can still access your local files. downloaded files, and notes without logging in\\ **Manual:** This takes you to the Storage Made Easy Wiki site to the manual\\ **Server:** This is the API endpoint and should not be changed unless asked to by Storage Made Easy\\ **Activate:** This is where you enter the activation code given in the email when you first register (only needed if you did not click the link in the email)\\ \\

 +
+When you click on 'My Cloud Files' from the Main Menu, you are taken to the File Browser Screen. They are still on your original cloud storage. We don't cache the files or copy them to our servers. We just cache the information about your files to enable us to create the virtual cloud file system view.\\ \\ If a key is shown against a file in the file browser, this means it is password protected and you will need to enter the password that you created when you uploaded the file before you can access it on Your Android Device\\ \\ When you are within the root or any other folder you will see the following options"\\ \\ **//New Folder//**: Create a new folder in the current directory\\ \\ **//Upload Picture//**: Upload a Picture in the current directory\\ \\ **//Upload File//**: Upload any file in the current directory\\ \\ Note that if you navigate in to a Cloud Folder ie "My Google Docs" or "My SKyDrive etc" then your files will be uploaded to this Storage provider just by navigating into the directory structure. You don't need to do anything else. In this way it is easy to upload files to different cloud storage providers simply by changing directory.\\
