Business Users who use our Cloud File Server can choose to share files by [[organisationcloud#step7|setting up]] Organization Folders from the either of the web file managers or [[organisationcloud#step8|converting]] existing public Cloud folders from clouds such as Google Docs etc, into company wide share folders.  +===== 9 Folder Permalinks =====

+A permalink or permanent link is a URL for a web page that does not change over time. Folder permalinks can be created from within the File Manager and shared or used as regular web links. Since the links are specific only to the folder, not to the user sharing or receiving the link, they are ideal for intranets and wikis.
 +
+Clicking a folder permalink will show the target folder within the web File Manager. It works great from desktop or mobile devices. A user must have permission to browser the folder. They will be prompted to log in if required.
