Cloud File Server Active Directory Integration

The SME hosted and Appliance Cloud File Server is able to offer single sign-on from one or more on-premise Active Directory implementations. Users and roles can be imported so that users can use their existing local authentication to login to the Cloud File Server.

This is achieved from the use of a Proxy client that resides on the internal DMZ that can communicate with Active Directory and also the SME Cloud File Server API over an encrypted communication channel.
