How many clouds you can access depends on your plan with Storage Made Easy, but users can sign up as many times a they want to access single clouds for free.  \\ \\ Storage Made Easy WP7 is packed with features and these included the ability to take, and categorise, notes that can be synchronised back to an underlying storage cloud you choose; The ability to take and synchronise voice memos; share files over email, twitter, publicly; Share and set expiry links on files shared; Collaborate with other users using business groups;   send files to your file cloud using our unique FileBox feature; access files that have been encrypted using the Storage Made Easy Gateway + many more features\\ \\ The sign in screen is where you can sign into your Storage Made Easy WP7 Account. When you receive this, re-launch the application, hit the Activation button   and copy / paste the registration code. After this you can login and, if you are not using Storage Made Easy hosting on Amazon S3, you can setup your Cloud details.\\ \\ Setting up your cloud details   is required to enable Storage Made Easy to access your files.\\ \\ When you synchronise your files with Storage Made Easy, your files don't move anywhere. All that occurs is that Storage Made Easy syncs the file information i.e. filename, filesize etc. This ensure the Storage Made Easy 'view' of your files is the same as the view you get from your Cloud Storage Provider when you access your account.\\ \\ Once this is done you can use the Storage Made Easy services, including Storage Made Easy WP7 to manage your files, as well as uploading new files etc.\\ \\ You can use Storage Made Easy WP7 for multiple accounts by signing out and signing back in again with a different account.\\ \\ The secure connection radio button, if checked, enables you to login securely over HTTPS.  \\ \\ If you don't wish to login you can swipe to move to offline mode and access offline files and notes.

Emptying Trash\\ \\ From here you can check the status if task are scheduled, or you can choose to rerun tasks that have occurred previously but are completed. For example if you have previously sync'd your Amazon S3 File information with Storage Made Easy but want to redo the sync you could do it from here. The same goes for any task.\\ \\ Note that you can rename the syncs from   the 'Cloud Sync Tasks' menu option from the Storage Made Easy web task options.

 +
 +
 +
 +You can create text memos or text notes directly in WP7 Storage Made Easy. There is no formatting, these are simply text files. The advantage of creating them in Storage Made Easy is that they are easy to share, and they are easy to store as they are sync'd back to the default cloud.  \\ \\ You can also choose to upload a memo and encrypt it. This will require a password if the memo is opened via any other Storage Made Easy clients, and also means it will be inaccessible to anyone else how tries to access it without the password.\\ \\ If you have a multi-cloud account and change your primary provider then then memos could end up being stored on different clouds. You may want this, but then again you may not, so be aware of this. From the sync viewpoint it does not matter as all memos will still be sync'd back to the phone.\\ \\ Note that whilst doing a sync you have the option to keep the screen unlocked so that they WiFi or connection does not stop and corrupt the sync.
 +
 +
 +===== 13 Voice Memos =====
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +You can create voice memos directly in   WP7 Storage Made Easy. Voice Memos are created as .Wav files. The advantage of creating voice notes in Storage Made Easy is that they are easy to share, and they are easy to store as they are sync'd back to the default cloud.   To sync click the sync icon in the top right hand side of the screen from the initial menu.\\ \\ You can also choose to upload a voice memo and encrypt it. You may want this, but then again you may not, so be aware of this. From the sync viewpoint it does not matter as all voice memos will still be sync'd back to the phone.\\ \\ Note that whilst doing a sync you have the option to keep the screen unlocked so that they WiFi or connection does not stop and corrupt the sync.\\ \\

 +
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +Filebox is a unique email address for your Storage Made Easy Account that you can send emails with attachments to. The body of the email, and the attachments are stored in your FileBox folder. This Folder is in the root of your Storage Made Easy Account and files that are sent to it over email are stored on the Cloud that you have set as your default, or primary, storage Cloud.\\ \\ The Subject line of the email that you send becomes the folder title that is created within the the FileBox folder structure.\\ \\   You can setup a unique name for your filebox email from '**//My Account//**' on the web sidebar after login, and choosing options.   The unique name you choose will result in your FileBox email address becoming **//filebox.<unique name>@storagemadeeasy.com.//**\\ \\ The FileBox email address **must come from your registered Storage Made Easy email address**. Anything sent to your FileBox email address from other addresses will be ignored. This is to prevent spam. If you feel you need another email address that files can be accepted from you can go to "**//My Cloud add-on's//**" from StorageMadeEasy.com after login and purchase another email address.\\

 +
 +
 +
 +If you upload files to your Cloud from the StorageMadeEasy.com website or the the free windows cloud files explorer or other tools, you can choose to assign a unique password that only you know that is not stored on Storage Made Easy. These files will show as being padlocked in the Storage Made Easy **//Cloud Files//** view.  \\ \\ When such files are downloaded you will need to enter a password prior to download otherwise the file cannot be downloaded.\\ \\ **Note:** If you forget the password you will not be able to access the file. We don't keep the password and the file is encrypted using AES 256 bit encryption.\\ \\ **Note:** If you password protect a file you will only be able to "open" the file via Storage Made Easy. If you try and download it direct from your cloud you will not be able to access the files contents.

 +===== 18 Adding / Removing Cloud Providers =====
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +The Cloud Provider screen is where you can:\\ \\ - Add new Clouds\\ \\ - Remove existing Clouds\\ \\ - Re-sync existing Clouds\\ \\ - Change the Primary Cloud Provider\\ \\ Adding Clouds:\\ \\  To add new Cloud Providers swipe to the allowed screen and choosing a provider to add. You may have options of either entering your username / password or also OAuth which is a security mechanism provided by some Cloud Providers to enable access to your account by delegation which can be revoked at anytime, normally from the settings page of the Cloud Provider website.\\ \\  Once you have added a Cloud click on it from the Cloud providers screen and from the resultant screen click the refresh icon to sync the meta-data so that it is accessible from the file manager.\\ \\ Removing Clouds:\\ \\  Select the Cloud you wish to remove and from the resultant screen choose the trash bin option which will delete the cloud from your account and any associate meta data.\\ \\  The only provider that cannot be deleted is the free Storage Made Easy provider. This is because we actually store your data here rather than just give you a view of your data on other clouds.\\ \\ Resyncing existing Clouds:\\ \\  Cloud such as Google Docs, and MobileMe etc enable you to upload files from many different access points and tools. If you do this then the view you have from within iSMEStorage could be out of date. You can refresh the view here by clicking the refresh button to the right of the cloud. You don't have to stay in the App whilst this occurs although you will be updated as to status in real-time. If you want to exit you can as this will still continue and you can come back later and check the status from Background tasks.\\ \\ Changing the Primary Cloud Provider:\\ \\  If you have a single cloud account you will only seen one option here but if you have an account that has more than provider you will see   all the Clouds mapped to your account. You can check which Cloud is the Primary provider by clicking on a Cloud and checking its details.\\ \\  Changing the provider will means that the upload location for photos and memos will change to the cloud you just made the default provider.   Note that if you have created and sync;d existing memos to one cloud they will continue to reside there. Any new memos created will reside on the new primary cloud if you swap it.. In the memos screen you will just see a view that shows you all memos.\\

 +===== 19 Trash =====
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +
 +When you delete a file, it is not deleted on your underlying cloud it is placed in the Trash. This is an additional security measure to prevent accidental deletion. It will stay there until you swipe and delete the individual file or you empty the Trash. If there are a lot of items in Trash, emptying the Trash will create a scheduled deletion request which you can monitor from Background Tasks.

 +
 +
 +
 +
 +\\ \\ **I see files that are on my cloud but I cannot see them through the Storage Made Easy Application?**\\ \\ Because you are able to add files directly to your storage cloud, the SME Gateway does not know about them yet so you need to refresh the view. To do this go to **//My Account->Providers//** on the website and choose '**//settings//**' for the relevant Cloud Provider. From the screen this takes you to, choose to resync your provider.   This will refresh the files view and update the Gateway about the new files you added directly to your underlying Cloud.\\ \\ If you choose to do a 'background sync' when asked (after you have chosen to resync) then the sync can be monitored by clicking on '**//Cloud Sync tasks//**' on the sidebar from the website.. Whilst you are there, choose to rename the task '**//<cloud name> Sync//**'. Now when you next login to your Storage Made Easy App you will see this sync task from the 'Background tasks' menu choice. You can now choose to restart this refresh of the view of you files directly from your WP7 device anytime you wish.\\ \\ You can also do a sync directly from your Windows Phone 7 device, by choosing cloud providers -> choose provider -> sync\\ \\ **Some things do not work for me as expected?**\\ \\ Please visit the FAQ section of our site to see an updated list of FAQ's for Storage Made Easy, and also our forums and feel free to log any errors directly to us at Support.\\ \\ \\
