GDPR Compliance

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives individuals (data subjects) in the European Union control (rights) over how their personal data is used, and places obligations on businesses that process that data.

If you're based in the EU, do business in the EU, offer goods and services to individuals in the EU, or hold any EU personal data, then GDPR applies to you.

If you are a controller of personal data under GDPR, you need to enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with any online services and third party vendors you rely on to process this data, including Access Anywhere. These agreements are commonly called Data Processing Agreements.
