Provider Folders

For every provider in an org. account there is a folder visible to the org. admin in “My Cloud files” that is created automatically and provides access to the provider. These automatically created provider folders are not visible to org. members.
If a provider is the Default Team Cloud then the org. admin can access the root of the provider as the root of “My Cloud files”. If an org. has more than one provider then the automatically created provider folders can be used to access the roots of the providers that not the Default Team Cloud.
Subfolders that are created in the automatically created provider folder are not smart and won’t appear in “My Cloud files“ root, nor will files in the automatically created folder appear there. Furthermore, if a provider is appliance default storage then its automatically created folder can never be deleted. This is the case with “My NAA files”.
