Access Anywhere has the ability to index, manage and access file servers over the internet using FTP, FTPS, and SFTP protocols.
The Access Anywhere server can also be accessed itself as an FTP, FTPS, SFTP or WebDAV server. For more information see Cloud FTP and CloudDAV (WebDAV Protocol).
This document covers the ability to access external file servers, as storage providers using the following:
To add a new provider select “Dashboard” and “Add new Provider”.
Choose the FTP/FTPS and SFTP provider:
The provider requires a folder path. “/” is not supported.
To check connectivity and credentials use sftp from the command line from the server node.
