Supported Browsers and Client Devices

This document outlines the supported environments for the File Fabric web and client Applications. If you are looking for Appliance requirements or the Appliance sizing guide please see here.

The File Fabric Web File Manager supports the two most recent versions of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Microsoft Edge

Other browsers might work with however we do not certify against them and cannot guarantee that features will work as expected.

No matter what browser you use, you should ensure that both JavaScript and Cookies are enabled.

The following desktop operating systems are supported for the File Fabric desktop client tools:

For Windows

• Windows 10
• Windows 11

Note that an X86 device running Windows is required

For Mac

• Monterey (through 12.6)
• Ventura (13.0)

For Linux

• This is dependent on the distro and you should check the Linux tools page for more information.

The File Fabric also provides a native web Mobile experience that should also work on all modern phone and tablets.
